When you fund escrow via STK Push, the amount charged to your M-PESA is typically your escrow principal plus the e-confirm platform commission (currently 1% of the principal, consistent with transaction creation in the app).
Separately, moving funds on the M-PESA network may incur Safaricom / partner tariffs. The amount depends on how you pay out: phone number to phone number (another M-PESA line) versus phone number to till (paybill or till number).

On eConfirm, an STK Push to fund escrow usually covers your escrow principal, the eConfirm commission (the same percentage you see when you create a transaction in the app), and an M-PESA line that depends on how the payout will move in practice (to another M-PESA line vs a paybill or till).
